“Any approval of a State Charter school run by a church sets a dangerous precedent, allowing private religious instruction and leadership which differs from our public secular government to be inflicted onto Oklahomans across the state and ultimately allowing the same to happen to American students across the nation. Oklahoma Public School students attend state institutions to learn, not be preached at. While we are in favor of private religious schools to exist as religious liberty demands it, this possibility of a board approval in every way violates Jefferson’s wall of separation.”
